Mineral Wells City Council backed a resolution Tuesday supporting a developer’s intention to submit a tax credit funding application for a proposed 80-unit senior housing project.
Developer Noor Jooma’s plans to include the resolution with his project application to be filed with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
Jooma, who has submitted similar applications twice before, plans to build the structure in the 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, according to documents.
