The final sign up date for Tommy’s Angel Tree is this Saturday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Steve Perdue Training Center, 300 S. Oak Ave., located one block south of the main fire station.
To sign up a child you must bring picture ID for the parent or guardian; the child’s original or certified birth certificate (no copies); child’s Social Security card (no copies); and proof of household income.
Delivery of Angel Tree gifts is Saturday, Dec. 15, beginning at 8 a.m. Angel Tree is a community project providing Christmas gifts for local and area underprivileged children ages 12 and under.
