An episode of A&E’s popular reality show “Storage Wars: Texas” filmed earlier this year in Mineral Wells will air Wednesday evening as the program’s season two premiere.
The show is a Texas-based spin-off of the original “Storage Wars,” A&E’s top-rated series and the number three non-fiction cable show among adults between 25 and 54 years old, according to the network’s website.
According to an online episode guide, the premiere, titled “Flight of the GrumbleBee,” will air at 8 p.m. local time on A&E.
Armor Self Storage, located in the 4200 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, was the location of the April production shoot, which featured the show’s resident auctioneer Walt Cade, uncle-nephew bidding team Ricky and Bubba Smith, New York native Victor Rjesnjansky, and Jenny Grumbles, a newcomer to the series who hopes to transform storage unit contents into profitable merchandise for her Dallas business.
