A fire that began Tuesday afternoon, reportedly the result of a lightning strike, was contained early Wednesday morning, according to Palo Pinto County Fire Marshal Buddy Harwell.
Crews first responded to the blaze shortly after 5 p.m. and Harwell said it was completely contained by about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
