The 87th annual Mineral Wells Coronation is 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, in the Mineral Wells High School Auditorium. The Royal Ball will follow in the cafeteria. Tickets go on sale Monday at 7 a.m. at the high school office. Tickets are $10 each and are required to attend the ceremony. All seating is reserved.
Reigning as King and Queen in the 2013 Royal Court are MWHS seniors Jacoby Prestwood and Jessica Baeza.
