Shonda Townsend went missing in the early morning hours of July 5, 2010.
Her car was found in southeast Mineral Wells later that morning. Her skeletal remains were found southwest of Mineral Wells last fall. No arrest has been made.
It is likely someone knows who is responsible, and the person who anonymously provides information to Crime Stoppers that leads to an arrest and grand jury indictment will receive a $21,000 cash reward.
