MILLSAP – Through the ups and downs of the economy and the community of Millsap, one church has stood the test of time.
Beulah Baptist Church, which originally formed June 17, 1902, will mark its 110th anniversary with a celebration Sunday at its fellowship hall, located at 350 Beulah Lane, in Millsap.
“I became a member here with my husband about five or six years ago, and I began reading about the history and found it very interesting,” Valerie Meador, who is on several of the church’s committees, said. “I’ve always loved history, but when I found out the church was turning 110 years old, I said ‘We’ve got to do something.”
