Cowboy Church mission team returns from Sweden
A five-person team from the Cowboy Church of Mineral Wells and Cowboy Gatherin' from Bunger, Texas, recently returned from a nine-day mission trip in Sweden where they rode, roped and wrangled, all for the opportunity to spread God's word.

LDS church to host Saturday open house
The Mineral Wells Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints outgrew the building they were meeting in and recently moved to 1202 S.E. 6th Ave. This location was previously occupied by the Cityview Community Church.

Jermyn Baptist Church to mark its 100th anniversary
The year was 1910 and R.M. Kelly, pastor at Antelope, began preaching God’s Word in the old Jermyn schoolhouse during the spring of that same year. It was a fruitful time of ministry as the meetings continued Sunday after Sunday.
