One night this past week I slept for four straight hours. I woke up at 3 a.m., went back to bed and lay awake until 4 a.m. Then I got up, and the cat and I sat in our den (the blue room) where I read and she slept. Wish I could sleep like a cat!
At one point, about 5 a.m., I took a photo out the kitchen window looking onto the hedge which was covered with snow (so you know I’m talking about Monday morning) and I posted the photo on Facebook. Almost immediately I received a response from an old friend in northern California. I asked her what in the world she was doing awake at three! Her time!
