Last weekend the 50 Year Club of Mineral Wells High School met for their annual get together.

This is a club for MWHS graduates who have been out of high school for 50 years or more. I believe this year we had folks who had graduated from as far back as 1937, and it was a delight to see so many people associated with our local high school, and their spouses, and their children and grandchildren.

I graduated in the class of 1961, so this is only my 51st year, but this year we inducted the class of 1962 into the group.
