On Feb. 5, 2013, God needed an amazing angel and chose Daniel Glen Davis, 41, as a guardian for us all. He was born Dec. 25, 1971, in Jacksboro, the son of Stephen and Patsy Barker Davis. He had lived in Willis for the past two years and in Jack County prior to that.
He owned and operated Diamond D. Machine Techs and Windmill Grill. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at Perrin Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Dave Wills officiating.
Visitation is Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife: Sheri Davis of Willis; children: Skylar Davis of Denton, Carra Davis of Bridgeport, Aimee Davis of Perrin, Torie Carter of Bridgeport, Justin Lomerson of Willis, Ashton and Bryston Spates both of Willis; grandchild: Braisey Davis; mother: Patsy Davis of Perrin; brother and sister-in-law: Danny and Jamie Davis of Perrin; nephew: Clayton Davis of Perrin; niece: Courtney Davis of Perrin; mother-in-law: Shirley Kincheloe of Weatherford; and father-in-law: Walter Porter of Burleson.
