Sandra Kay Loyd, 64, passed away Jan. 26, 2013, at her home in Mineral Wells. She was born Nov. 26, 1947, in Ranger, the daughter of Stanley and Joyce Geraldine Brown Duncan.
She married Staff Sergeant Bruce Loyd in 1984 in Mineral Wells.
She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells, and had worked at the box factory and the sewing factory.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6:30-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: David S. Sr. and Cindy Goforth of Olathe, KS; grandsons: Richard Fleming and wife Ashely of Kansas, David S. Goforth Jr. of Kansas; great-grandchild: Chloe Ethan Fleming; sister: Linda Joyce Noonkester of Granbury; three nieces; one nephew; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2011, and by her parents.
