Lucial Baker Herring, 84, died Oct. 23, 2012, in a Mineral Wells hospital.
Graveside memorial service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating.
She was born Nov. 19, 1927, in Vernon, Texas, the daughter of Cecil Selma Hopkins and Mabel Clara Cox Hopkins Ellis. She married Hershel Lee Baker in Las Vegas, Nev. Later she married Marion Herring Jr. in Fort Worth. She was a longtime resident of Palo Pinto and lived in Fort Worth prior to that. She was a member of Calvary Methodist Church in Weatherford. She was in the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Joe Gossett, of Cleburne, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Narvaez and husband, Robert, of Mineral Wells, Jamie Gossett, of Cleburne, and Krisney Gossett, of Joshua; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marion Herring Jr.; and great-grandson, Riley Joe Gossett.
