Belinda Kaye Blackwell Hart passed away Jan. 11, 2013, at her home in Mineral Wells. She was born Aug. 17, 1959, in Mineral Wells, the daughter of Jesse and Deloris (Blair) Blackwell.

She is survived by her husband: David Lee Hart, children: Bridget and Andy Bass, Kayla and Ryan Wallace, David Hart II and Sheena Baker, Megan Hart, grandchildren: Madison, Mylee, and Kamryn Wallace, Kinley Bass, Rylin Harris, and Kaylee Hart, siblings: Patricia Blackwell Jones and John Jones, Cleamon “Tooter” Blackwell and Michelle Blackwell, and multiple loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jesse and Deloris (Blair) Blackwell.
