Truman Harvey Lewallen passed away peacefully at his brother Charlie’s home with him by his side on 03/09/13. After a short battle with cancer, in which he fought till the very end.
There will be a graveside memorial at a later date due to him donating his cancer organs to science care for research so maybe someone else’s life can be spared the misery.
Truman was born June 4, 1947 to James Harvey and Bobbie Jean Lewallen.
Truman was a lifetime resident of Mineral Wells. He never met a stranger. He worked and retired from Cantex after 33 years. He loved to fish, camp and hangout with friends and family.
Truman is proceeded in death by his parents, father James Harvey Lewallen and mother, Bobbie Jean Lewallen.
Truman is survived by his brothers their wives and families. Maurice (Buster) Lewallen and wife Louise, Bobby Don Lewallen and wife Debbie, Jimmy Lewallen and Charles Lewallen and wife Steffey. Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and best friend Robert Strawbridge.
