Service is 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at First Baptist Church of Millsap with Ronnie Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
He was born July 12, 1961, in Mineral Wells, the son of Curtis and Peggy Ray Butler.
He is survived by a daughter, Christy Butler; son, Casey Butler; father, Curtis; mother, Peggy; brother and sister-in-law, Curtis Lee Jr. and Deborah Butler; sister, Ladonna Butler; ex-wife, Tammy Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
