Jack Derek Hunter, 22, died Dec. 3, 2012, in a Fort Worth hospital.
Service is 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Whitt Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He was born Oct. 24, 1990, in Mineral Wells. He was a lifetime resident of Whitt.
He is survived by his mother, Marchelle Hunter, of Whitt; daughter, Raven Loftin, of Weatherford, Texas; sisters, Dorinda Ellis and Jackee Hunter, both of Weatherford; aunt, Connie Schultz, of Weatherford; and numerous cousins, nephews and friends.
