Thomas Costilow
Thomas Costilow, age 71, of Mineral Wells died Dec. 26, 2012, at Baylor Hospital, Fort Worth.
Thomas was born Oct. 22, 1941, in Wichita Falls to Thomas Peyton and Alma Maude Young Costilow.
He served in the U.S. Army 101st Airborne Division. He was a retired Professional Musician and he excelled at playing the steel guitar.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Valerie Costilow; two grandsons, Shelton Evans and Mitchell Honeycutt; and a sister.
Survivors include four daughters, Shelly Evans and husband Shane of Bogata; Fritzi Mulkey and husband John of Round Rock; Shea Ludwig and husband Jason of Tulsa, Okla.; and Wendy Honeycutt and husband Steve of Bellville; one step daughter, Renee Manning; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Lacey, Mason, Brayden, Spencer, Justin, Emily, Hadley, McKenna, Jack, Sierra and Jayme.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
Internment will take place at a later date at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.
