Francis V. Wang, 70, of Mineral Wells, died Friday, March 15, 2013, at her residence in Mineral Wells.
Rosary services were held Sunday, March 17, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes in Mineral Wells. Viewing followed at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial was conducted Monday, March 18, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Francis was born July 8, 1942, in Benjamin, to John and Francis Garcia Villa. Francis married Ignacio Wang June 26, 1965, in Haskell. She worked for Texas Packaging in Mineral Wells for 41 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Mineral Wells.
Mrs. Wang was preceded in death by brothers Marcus Villa, Manuel Villa, Toby Villa, Domingo Villa and Victor Villa; two sisters: Davis Pedroza and Anita Acosta.
Francis is survived by her husband, Ignacio; one son: Mark Wang and his wife Connie of Irving; two grandchildren: Morgan Wang and Aaron Wang of Irving; one brother: John Villa of Vernon; four sisters: Julie Ramirez of Seymour, Marcelina Gutierrez of O'Brien, Irene Garza of Haskell and Bessie Villa of Haskell.
