Jonathan Leotis Willis, 32, died Oct. 31, 2012, in a Mineral Wells hospital.
Service is 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
He was born Aug. 21, 1980, in Breckenridge, Texas, the son of Joe and Kathy Lewis Willis.
He is survived by his wife, Charity Alston; children, Alyssa and Joseph Willis; mother, Kathy Poole; father, Joe Willis; sister, Melody; cousin, Brian Lewis; and uncle, Jeff Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jona Willis.
