Millsap is getting new postmaster

MILLSAP – As always life around these parts is good and a positive change is about to occur. One of the hubs of the community, the Millsap Post Office, is getting a new postmaster.

Terry Thompson will be arriving and starting to work here in the near future. He has been postmaster in Morgan, Texas, for about the past five years so comes with good experience and innovative ideas.

Connie Fowler, who has been the Millsap postmaster, says she is going to miss everyone and looks forward to the possibility of seeing us again in the future. Mrs. Fowler has done a fantastic job, as she is a very friendly and efficient postal employee, and will be missed.

The post office has had all female workers for quite some time, so Mr. Thompson’s coming will bring a new dimension to the facility.
