MILLSAP – As we head into a new year there is exciting news from our neighboring City of Cool. They have received a grant for the upgrading of their water system.

The grant was given to Cool and North Rural Water Supply Corporation primarily for replacement of pipes. Preliminarily an engineering firm from Abilene has been hired to oversee the work. The main area to be restructured runs along U.S. Highway 180 beginning at Dry Creek, which is close to Clark Gardens Botanical Park.
