Preparing for homecoming

By Sharron Hudson | millsapnews@mineralwellsindex.com

MILLSAP – As school is back in session after spring break, many former students and teachers are eagerly anticipating the annual Millsap School District Homecoming. While letters of invitation are being addressed reunion committee members are making many plans.

Activities will begin at 10 a.m. on April 28 at the high school. There will be a big potluck lunch and much reminiscing. The Class of 1962 will be specially honored as the 50 Year Class. A silent auction will be held with proceeds going to the Millsap Alumni Scholarship Foundation. Foundation members are asking for donations of handmade items for the auction, so if you can help call (940) 682-6698 or (817) 613-0240. This is going to be a wonderful event, so make plans to come!
