Miriam Garcia scored a pair of goals and added two assists and Emily Clingings and Caroline Clarke each added two goals to lead the Mineral Wells Lady Rams to a 9-0 victory over Decatur Tuesday night in a non-district soccer match at Ram Stadium.
Also scoring for the Lady Rams (3-1) were Sami Stevens, Juana Velasquez and Bailey Thomas.
“I am excited to see multiple players scoring,” Lady Rams head coach John Tuggle said. “This game provided us with a chance to have our defense more involved in the offense, which is a major concept we have been working toward.
“We used a majority of the game to work on movements and possession play.
“Four of our starters were out which allowed for us to see some of our bench players.”
Also collecting assists were Molly Clarke (2), Flor Turcios, Bailey Thomas, Jasmin Rojo and Erin McGuire.
