Rams stay atop district with road win

Lady Rams fall to Centennial

BURLESON -- Led by Mikevin Singletary's 20 points, the Mineral Wells Rams maintained their lead atop District 7-3A with a 60-41 win over host Centennial here Friday night.

The Rams improved to 6-1 in district.

Niya Benvides scored 24 points but her effort was not enough as the Lady Rams fell to Centennial, 52-39, to drop to 2-7 in District 7-3A with one game remaining Tuesday at home.
