HICO – The Strawn Greyhounds fell to state-ranked No. 1 Richland Springs, 82-44, Saturday afternoon in a six man semi-final game at Tiger Stadium.
The Greyhounds finish a successful season with an overall mark of 12-2.
The 'Hounds scored first on the first of two kickoff returns by senior Tommy Wells. But penalties and mistakes would hurt Strawn throughout, and the Coyotes were almost unstoppable on offense as they gradually increased their lead.

Three Gordon boys’ relay teams, two Strawn boys’ pole vaulters and a Millsap girls’ distance runner all competed Friday and Saturday at the University Interscholastic League State Track and Field Meet at Mike Myers Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas.
