Area pair continue success on links

A pair of area former high school golfers are making noise in college.

Zeb Littlefield, former state champion from Millsap, is continuing his success on the links.  

The Ranger Junior College sophomore shot rounds of 69, 71 and 71 to finish eighth at The Links of Sierra Blanca in Ruidoso, N.M. this past week.  

The Holiday Hills Country Club member shot five under par.  

Former Mineral Wells golfer Hunter Fincher, a freshman and member of the Western Texas College golf team, shot rounds of 77, 73 and 73.

Fincher and is the son of Rams golf coach Tommy Fincher.
