STRAWN – Harrison Nowak tossed seven touchdown passes and caught another on Friday and powered the Strawn Greyhounds to a 73-24 victory over the Bryson Cowboys on homecoming night.
Also, in staff reports, Gordon defeated Blanket; Santo fell to Dublin; and Community Christian School lost to Nazarene Christian.

No. 3 Bosqueville sweeps Santo in regional quarterfinal series
State-ranked No. 3 Bosqueville jumped out to an early 5-0 lead and never looked back as the Bulldogs defeated the Santo Wildcats, 14-6, here Saturday afternoon in game two to sweep the Class A, Region II regional quarterfinal series two games to none.
