Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search representative Kim Krause was back in front of the Mineral Wells ISD board Tuesday with a proposed list if qualifications and characteristics for the district’s new superintendent.
This process will allow prospective superintendents the opportunity to complete their applications, Krause said. She explained that a new feature this time is that applicants must individually address each of the qualifications and characteristics. In the past she said TASB required a letter generally addressing the specific attributes a district sought.
