According to Mineral Wells Police Detective Darby Thomas, an unidentified male stole a donation jar from the Tommy’s #15 convenience store in the 100 block of Municipal Highway 379 this weekend.

Reports indicate the individual, dressed in a hooded sweatshirt, entered the store around 9:30 Sunday evening and walked around the business before approaching the counter and absconding with the jar, which a manager reportedly estimated held between $20 and $50.
