A westbound vehicle on the Interstate 20 frontage road was pulled over by Trooper Garry Allen for an expired inspection sticker around 8:30 a.m., according to Dudley.

The driver, Hector Corral, of Santo, reportedly pulled into a convenience store parking lot in the 87000 block of I-20 before taking off on foot, Dudley said.

The resident returned home Sunday after being out of town four days to find fresh pry marks on the door frame and a frozen pizza missing, police said. The resident then looked around and realized 45 CDs and 4 DVDs were gone, as well, according to a police report.

The resident reportedly told police his neighbor was known to have broken into other houses in the neighborhood in the past, though police have no record of him being arrested for burglary.
