'Christmas Market' event Friday, Dec. 4
Already more than 200 shopping cards have been stamped and turned in as entries for the Dec. 24 drawing for three prizes, all part of the ongoing “Christmas Market” event sponsored by the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce.
Some 60 local and area merchants – representing a variety of goods, services and merchandise – are participating. You can pick up a card at any of the participating merchants or at the chamber office, 511 E. Hubbard St. You punch out the card for the amount of a purchase made at a participating merchant. Once the card – representing $300 in sales each – is completely stamped, it can be entered into the drawing.
Hundreds – even thousands – of cards are in circulation and use. The deadline to enter a completed card is noon on Dec. 4.
For more information about the promotion and participating merchants, go to the chamber's Web site at www.mineralwellstx.com or call (940) 325-2557.
