• Otis Flynt Fulgham, 23, of Breckenridge, Monday, warrant for theft of property, more than $50, less than $500.
• Brian William Galbraith, 33, of Midlothian, Nov. 10, driving while intoxicated.
• Mickey Don Goolsby, 30, of Mineral Wells, Nov. 4, warrant for theft by check.
• Jennifer Melissa Hall, 26, of Cisco, Monday, warrant for burglary of a building.
• James David Harris Jr., 42, of Arlington, Friday, warrant for criminal nonsupport.
• Jessie Dewayne Houtz, 21, of Perrin, Nov. 6, warrant for driving while intoxicated.
• Michael Howard Hungerford, 48, of Whitt, Nov. 11, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, and possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
• James Franklin Hunt, 48, of Mineral Wells, Nov. 6, possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
• Charles Ray Hunter, 29, of Mineral Wells, Nov. 9, Erath County warrant for burglary of a habitation.
• Gabriel Hurtado-Zapata, 27, of Mineral Wells, Friday, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement hold.
• Alex Randall Leggett, 22, of Mineral Wells, Tuesday, warrant for burglary of a building.
