• Rhonda Lynn Baker, 45, of Mineral Wells, Oct. 15, warrant for theft by check.

• Todd Gordon Ball Jr., 21, of Mineral Wells, Oct. 15, motion to revoke probation warrant for theft of property, more than $1,500, less than $20,000.

• Israel Bermudez, 28, of Weatherford, Sunday, driving while intoxicated.

• Curtis Ray Choate Jr., 31, of Mineral Wells, Monday, violation of parole for theft of property, more than $20, less than $500.

• Tiffany Leigh Clayton, 30, of Mineral Wells, Friday, possession of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

• Rogelio Collazo-Zapata, 21, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

• Leroy Franklin Collier Jr., 57, of Fort Worth, Oct. 14, warrant for theft by check and three warrants for issuance of a bad check.

• Jeremy David Ewing, 30, of Mineral Wells, Monday, blue warrant for violation of parole.

• Victor Galvan, 23, of Lubbock, Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

• Alfedo Gamboa, 42, of Dallas, Monday, public intoxication.

• Dennis Wayne Glenn, 23, of Lipan, Monday, warrant for motion to revoke probation for assault of a public servant.

• Nicholas Paul Gonzales, 21, of Mineral Wells, Oct. 15, possession of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

• Samuel Hernandez, 32, of Lubbock, Friday, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement hold.

• Tina Renee Hernandez, 35, of Mineral Wells, Tuesday, warrant for theft of property, more than $500, less than $1,500.

• Kevin Wayne Lee, 38, of Mineral Wells, Oct. 14, warrant for failure to appear for failure to identify.

• Kevin Wayne Lee, 38, of Mineral Wells, Tuesday, evading arrest or detention and a warrant for motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance.

• Rowdee Dalton Maxwell, 17, of Mineral Wells, Friday, driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces.

• Karol Ray McAtee, 55, of Mineral Wells, Tuesday, warrant for violation of parole.

• Raymond Travis Poole, 52, of Mineral Wells, Friday, warrant for violation of parole and possession of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

• Michael Eric Reeves, 21, of Benbrook, Monday, warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Gilbert Sanchez, 30, of Mineral Wells, Friday, warrant for violation of parole.

• Deborah Louise Shelton, 53, of Houston, Oct. 14, warrant for failure to appear for possession of dangerous drugs.

• Gary Dean Stephens Jr., 22, of Garner, warrant for failure to appear for assault causing bodily injury.

• Michelle Elizabeth Waddel, 24, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, driving while intoxicated and escape from custody.

• Blake William Walker, 26, Wichita Falls, Oct. 15, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

  • Man, woman arrested in drug bust at local bar

    Gary Ross Nickols, 56, of Mineral Wells, and Elise Nichole Dalton, 25, of Millsap, were arrested Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. at a bar in the 1600 block of South Oak after Mineral Wells police assisted the City-County Narcotics Unit, reportedly acting on information obtained by CCNU.

    Before Mineral Wells ISD's trustees were ready to vote Tuesday on the district's 2011 budget and tax rate, Board President Joe Ruelas repeatedly asked a room full of mostly empty chairs, “Does anybody in the public have any questions ... anyone?”

  • Man involved in bar fight ends up at hospital

    A man was transported to the hospital after a fight at a bar in the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 281 South around midnight Sunday, according to police, who provided backup to the Palo Pinto County Sheriff's Office on the call.
