• Dana Michelle Evans, 26, of Wizard Wells, Friday, warrant for possession or transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
• Michael Thomas Godi Jr., 30, of Mineral Wells, Aug. 26., manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.
• Jose Manuel Lopez Gonzalez, 23, of Dallas, Friday, failure to possess a valid fishing license, possession of an undersized black bass, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
• Raul Addy Herrera, 46, of Eastland, Sunday, public intoxication.
• Morris James Honeycutt, 58, of Mineral Wells, Friday, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years.
• Thomas C. Huddleston, 20, of Denton, Monday, purchasing or furnishing alcohol to a minor and possession of marijuana.
• Eddie John Kincaid, 48, Perrin, Tuesday, warrant for obstruction of a highway passage and a Parker County warrant for criminal nonsupport.
• Steven Dewayne Knight, 43, of Millsap, Aug. 26, warrants for failure to appear for theft of property and violation of parole.
• William Clarence Langley, 28, of Graham, Friday, theft of property, more than $50, less than $500.
• Earnest Lee Lowrance Jr., 46, of Mingus, Monday, Johnson County warrant for motion to revoke probation for endangering a child.
• Wendy Lea Luttrell, 40, of Weatherford, Friday, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years.
• Frankie Jermain Meeks, 35, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, public intoxication.
• Dejan Milic, 22, of Graford, Tuesday, prohibited weapon.
• Maturino Vicente Morales, 26, of Graham, Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Driver killed in rollover wreck
The driver of a vehicle involved in a rollover crash just south of Mineral Wells Tuesday night died at the scene, according to authorities.

According to Mineral Wells police, Ryan Matthew Segars, 31, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on a charge stemming from an incident earlier this month.

New construction in county now needs a permit
PALO PINTO – Palo Pinto County Commissioners unanimously approved a motion at Monday’s meeting to begin requiring a type of building permit for new construction – homes and commercial – and new mobile homes in unincorporated areas of the county.
