• Eric Wayne Baker, 26, of Mineral Wells, Aug. 20, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and Marion County warrants for burglary of a habitation and evading arrest or detention.
• Laurie Jane Lott Beggs, 42, of Mineral Wells, Aug. 20, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Casey Jo Bivins, 20, of Graham, Aug. 20, minor in consumption of alcohol.
• James Lee Brumbelow, 75, of Strawn, Friday, resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
• Kevin Thomas Carrillo, 28, of Springtown, Aug. 19, assault causing bodily injury.
• Roberto Avila Cervantes, 29, of Torreon, Mexico, Tuesday, warrant for motion to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated and driving with a child under 15 years.
• Amanda Marie Gregory, 20, of Mineral Wells, Aug. 20, warrant for theft of service, more than $20, less than $500.
• Ricky Ray Hubble, 28, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, driving while intoxicated.
• Bryan S. Koger, 21, of Breckenridge, Monday, fishing without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael Paul Mayo, 26, of Desoto, Tuesday, warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
• Sandra Louise Neighbors, 58, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.
• Zachary Alan Salminen, 24, of Graford, Aug. 20, driving without a license, insurance and helmet, expired license plate, defective headlamp, failure to signal turn.
• Jason Wade Shannon, 35, of Mineral Wells, Sunday, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years and warrants for driving while intoxicated and theft by check.
• Austin Warnke, 17, of Mead, Okla., Sunday, public intoxication.
• Gracie Lynn Weatherly, 27, of Graford, Tuesday, warrant for motion to adjudicate guilt for possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams and a warrant for motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance, under 1 gram.
• David Lee Woodring, 34, of Mineral Wells, Friday, driving while intoxicated.

Texas Association of School Boards Executive Search representative Kim Krause was back in front of the Mineral Wells ISD board Tuesday with a proposed list if qualifications and characteristics for the district’s new superintendent.

City ends water use restrictions
Based upon direction from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the City of Mineral Wells is terminating all water use restrictions which have been in place since Oct. 18.

Weekend property crimes reported
According to Mineral Wells police, several property crimes were reported over the past weekend.

Three transported to PPGH after crash
Occupants from two vehicles involved in a wreck Saturday morning were transported to Palo Pinto General hospital, where they received treatment for minor injuries.

According to Mineral Wells Fire Department records, firefighters were called to two structure fires over the weekend.

The community is invited to take a trip back to the 1950s as a unique way to raise money for the Salvation Army.

Council to meet in Tuesday session
The Mineral Wells City Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the City Hall Annex, 115 S.W. 1st St.
