MINERAL WELLS — A man was transported by ambulance after he was struck by a GMC Sierra pickup in the 200 block of North Oak Avenue around 3:30 p.m. Friday. A witness said the man, walking with the assistance of a cane, appeared to stumble from the curb in front of a turning vehicle. He appeared to have a possible leg injury. More information about the incident was not complete and unavailable from Mineral Wells police Friday afternoon.
