The day all Mineral Wells ISD employees are looking towards, according to new MWISD Superintendent Gail Haterius, is Aug. 27 – the first day of school for the 2012-13 school year.
But the work has already begun, with new teachers being oriented to the district and returning teachers getting a head start on readying their classrooms.
On Monday the Mineral Wells Merchant’s Association will officially kick off teachers’ return to MWISD campuses with the annual Merchants’ Breakfast, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at Mineral Wells High School.
