Myron M. Crawford will speak at Thursday’s meeting of the Mineral Wells Heritage Association.
A longtime resident and former mayor, Crawford said he wants to challenge the people of Mineral Wells to look at their history and then answer the question as to why they are here.
Refreshments will be served by Myron’s wife, Jackie.
Anyone interested in the history of Mineral Wells is encouraged to attend.
The Mineral Wells Heritage Association meets for a program, fellowship and refreshments the second Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Rock School Museum, 105 N.W. 5th Ave. Parking is at the side of the building and the entrance is in the rear. For more information, call 325-6163.
