Arrests
• Michael Ray Aaron, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on a Wichita County warrant for prohibited weapon.
• Jacob Paul Brimhall, 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Oct. 2 on a Parker County warrant for theft by check greater than or equal to $20 and less than $50.
• Johnny C. Clayton, 41, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.
• Johnny Clyde Deakins, 50, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on an off-bond warrant and a parole violation warrant.
• Fairy Delores Devereaux, 45, of Las Cruces, N.M., was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated.
• James P. Devereaux, 45, of Las Cruces, N.M., was arrested Friday for public intoxication.
• Kevin Seth Ferguson, 42, of Strawn, was arrested Friday for public intoxication.
• Kenneth Wade Garner, 43, of Weatherford, was arrested Friday on a rescinding habias corpus warrant for aggravated sexual assault.
• Jose Gonzales, 25, of Hurst, was arrested Oct. 1 on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
• Michelle Marie Horn, 26, of Weatherford, was arrested Oct. 2 on a motion to revoke probation capias warrant for possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
• David Craig Howard, 46, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
• Dennis Lynn James, 30, of Palo Pinto, was arrested Friday on a warrant for burglary of habitation, a warrant for assault causing bodily injury and a warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• James David Lynch, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Tuesday on a Nueces County motion to revoke warrant for burglary of a habitation.
• Leslie Frank Martin, 25, of Graford, was arrested Monday on a motion to revoke warrant for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams.
• Jose Moreno, 32, of Fort Worth, was arrested Oct. 1 on an ICE hold.
• Mariano Ortiz-Corona, 25, of Weatherford, was arrested Monday for driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• Tommy Deryle Patton, 62, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense.
• Patsy Etta Phipps, 37, of Smyer, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated.
• Jose Rosemberg Reyes-Martinez, 44, of San Antonio, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated.
• Clifton Eugene Tincher, 24, of Fort Worth, was arrested Monday on a motion to revoke probation warrant for criminal mischief greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
• Jose Natividad Villeda, 24, of Arlington, was arrested Oct. 1 on an ICE hold.

Driver killed in rollover wreck
The driver of a vehicle involved in a rollover crash just south of Mineral Wells Tuesday night died at the scene, according to authorities.

According to Mineral Wells police, Ryan Matthew Segars, 31, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on a charge stemming from an incident earlier this month.

New construction in county now needs a permit
PALO PINTO – Palo Pinto County Commissioners unanimously approved a motion at Monday’s meeting to begin requiring a type of building permit for new construction – homes and commercial – and new mobile homes in unincorporated areas of the county.
