Christian saxophonist Cliff Hackler to perform Sunday
Christian saxophonist Cliff Hackler will present a concert this Sunday, Oct. 5, at First Baptist Church in Mineral Wells at 6 p.m.
Aiming straight for the heart of the listener, Hackler shares more than notes from his horns. He shares stories from his own life; some serious, others humorous, but all with a strong message of the good news of God’s love.
With five CDs to his credit and another in the making, there’s a vast diversity in what he plays. His typical concert spans classic hymns and gospel tunes as well as current chart-topping praise and worship songs. Each melody conveys a message – each song a statement. “I could hear the words coming out of his saxophone,” said one member of his audience.
Cliff lives in Midlothian, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, with his wife of 17 years and their 9-year-old son. He travels across the country playing anywhere he has an opportunity to share his ministry. His recordings have received airtime on a number of radio stations around the country and overseas.

For more information about the concert, call the church at 325-2523.
