• Weston David Adams, 24, of Dallas, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Victor Joel Aguilar-Sanchez, 26, of Fort Worth, was arrested Aug. 27 for driving without a driver’s license.
• William Jake Alexander, 22, of Pflugerville, was arrested Saturday on a Nolen County motion to revoke warrant for possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams.
• Jerald Wade Allen, 48, of Weatherford, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for theft greater than or equal to $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• Juan Manuel Camacho Amaro, 23, of Lagos de Moreno, Mexico, was arrested Tuesday for driving while intoxicated.
• Steven Matthew Arldt, 29, of Forney, was arrested Saturday for boating while intoxicated.
• Travis Jay Auldridge, 25, of Graford, was arrested Saturday for public intoxication.
• Destiny Ray Bailey, 37, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Aug. 27 on two warrants for forgery of a financial instrument.

The driver of a vehicle involved in a rollover crash just south of Mineral Wells Tuesday night died at the scene, according to authorities.

PALO PINTO – Palo Pinto County Commissioners unanimously approved a motion at Monday’s meeting to begin requiring a type of building permit for new construction – homes and commercial – and new mobile homes in unincorporated areas of the county.
