Arrests
• Eleno Ramiraz Aguilar Jr., 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday on a theft warrant.
• Charles Jacob Carter, 25, of Seminole, was arrested Friday on a failure to appear indictment warrant for tampering with government record to defraud/harm, a failure to appear indictment warrant for criminal mischief damage/destroy worship/school and a failure to appear warrant for failure to identify fugitive from justice.
• Jonathon Kole Davis, 23, of Graford, was arrested Feb. 6 on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• Mark Christian Edwards, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday on a warrant for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.
• Michael Lee Flores, 23, of Weatherford, was arrested Sunday for indecency with a child by sexual contact, two failure to appear warrants for interfering with an emergency phone call, a failure to appear warrant for assault causing bodily injury and a Parker County warrant for theft by check greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500.
• Billy Gene Garrett, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday on a parole violation warrant.
• Michael Wayne Groves II, 38, of Graford, was arrested Monday on a probation violation warrant for bank fraud.
• Michael Thomas Hayes, 46, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday on a failure to appear capias warrant for theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500 and a warrant for theft by check greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500.
• Timmy Don Houser, 48, of Burkburnet, was arrested Monday on a motion to revoke warrant for theft by check greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500, an off-bond warrant for failure to identify and a warrant for public intoxication.
• Mitchell Cordell Huddleston, 20, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on a warrant for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and a motion to revoke warrant for burglary of a habitation.
• Bryson Dewayne Jenkins, 24, of Dunn, was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Justin Johnson, 25, of Rowlett, was arrested Monday on a motion to adjudicate guilt warrant for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 1 gram and less than 4 grams.
• Richard Alan Lynn, 26, of Strawn, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• Bobby Earl Maeger, 42, of Graham, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated – third offense or more.
• Johnathan Deshun McDonald, 18, of Snyder, was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Johnny Lewis Moreno, 41, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday on a motion to revoke warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
• Decovon Overstreet, 30, of Dallas, was arrested Tuesday for driving while license invalid.
• Joshaua S. Phariss, 33, of Tuscola, was arrested Sunday for theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.
• Jammie Akeen Pruitt, 18, of Snyder, was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Cheryl Anne Rowan, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for wrong/fictitious/altered/obscured vehicle registration.
• Karen Marie Shubert, 32, of Gordon, was arrested Monday for no driver’s license and expired inspection.
• Christopher Leo Slate, 28, of Odessa, was arrested Friday on a motion to revoke probation warrant for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
• Raymond Smith Jr., 41, of Fort Worth, was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense, a Leon County motion to revoke probation warrant for driving while intoxicated and a parole violation warrant.
• Michelle Jean Thurston, 35, of Lipan, was arrested Tuesday on a Tarrant County warrant for assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• James Wells Jr., 25, of Snyder, was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 4 grams and less than 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Misty Rene Woodruff, 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for theft by check greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500.

MWHS choirs give public performances Thursday

Man arrested in connection with church vandalism
A Mineral Wells police spokesperson confirmed a local man was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of criminal mischief under $20,000 at a place of worship.
