Burglaries and damaged property
• A burglar broke into a business in the 900 block of Taylor Road over the weekend, breaking through the glass windows, and kicking through two office doors. A Dell computer worth $800 was reported missing Monday.
• Five cars, all left unlocked, were found broken into early Saturday morning along the 400 block of S.W. 3rd Street. The owner of a GMC Yukon reported a cowboy hat and seven CDs worth $105 stolen. A dragon cane was taken from a white Toyota pick-up. Forty CDs, worth approximately $600, were taken from a Toyota SUV. Nothing was reported missing from two Ford Mustangs found with their doors open.
• The front glass of a business at 407 W. Hubbard St. was found broken out Tuesday morning. The owner reported stolen an antique cash register containing change.
• A resident in the 900 block of S.E. 12th Avenue reported finding her kitchen window open and her pet bulldog gone when she arrived home Monday. Nothing else was reported missing.
• A cast-iron wood-burning stove was reported stolen Monday from a vacant house on the 2900 block of S.W. 10th Avenue. The owner believes it was taken between Sunday and Monday evening.
• A business in the 500 block of S.E. 1st Street reported the theft of a $1500 generator mounted underneath a Ford utility van Monday. The generator, along with a battery valued at $90, was believed to have been taken sometime between February 2 and Monday.
• The owner of a 1994 Ford Explorer reported the puncture of a new tire while parked in front of a residence in the 1500 block of N.W. 4th Avenue.
• Three display windows at 215 N.E. 1st Ave. were reported damaged Monday by a BB gun sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning.
Arrests
• Tanya Lisa Gilliland, 39, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for driving with no license and no insurance.
• Joe Cruz Menez, 19, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday on eight traffic warrants for driving with no license or insurance, running a stop sign and driving with a minor on the bed of a truck.
• Cesar Ivan Chavez, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for driving with no license or insurance.
• Juan Richard Braswell, 58, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Regina Dawn Fila, 33, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
• Allen Shay Warren, 17, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Marvin Antonio Eugene Burkett, 17, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Roy Eugene McMinn, 33, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for driving with no license or insurance.
• Mary Andrea Martinez, 45, of Mineral Wells was arrested Saturday on two warrants for driving with an expired license and no insurance.
• Brighton Brett Stuart, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
• Kristy Diane Roe, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday and a warrant from Young County for theft by check and for driving without a license or insurance, failure to display a license, making an improper turn, theft of less than $50.
• Roger Dale Lindsey, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday for driving without insurance or license.
• Kimberly Denise Reed, 23, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
• Leslie William Carr, 44, of Perrin, was arrested Saturday for public intoxication.
• Gary Ross Nichols, 55, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for speeding and driving with expired inspection and expired registration.
• Coy Duane Glenn, 49, of Millsap, was arrested Saturday for public intoxication.
• Jerry Lawrence Littlepage, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• Ola Ethel Jorgenson, 44, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday for driving without license or insurance and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nicholas Bradley Owen, 20, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday for driving with no insurance and expired drivers license.
• Rikkie Jo Horton, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday for theft.
• Nikee Leah Moses, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Monday for driving with an expired driver’s license, expired license plate and no insurance.
