The members of Mt. Hermon First Baptist Church invite the public to join them Sunday, at 3 p.m., as they celebrate the second anniversary of Senior Pastor Karium Carter and First Lady Carla Carter.
Ronnie Davidson, pastor of Soda Springs Baptist Church, will be the guest minister for the celebratory service at Mt. Hermon First Baptist Church, which is located at 616 S.E. 4th Ave. in Mineral Wells.
The Carters are Mineral Wells natives – Karium is the son of the late Oberthia Carter and Carla is the daughter of Carl Simmons and Latitia Cade. Pastor Carter is an Iraq War veteran and is employed locally. Carla Carter, who also works locally, is pursuing a degree to become a registered nurse.
The Carters have two children, Kayla and Kylah, both Mineral Wells ISD students.
