Wedding: Barton-Seaman
Allie LeAnn Barton and Jared Ray Seaman were united in marriage at 2:30 in the afternoon on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Marty Leonard Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas.
Pastor Timothy Barton officiated. The bride was given in marriage by Chris Kirkes and John Barton, fathers of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Chris and Trisha Kirkes, of Chandler, Texas, and John and Sherri Barton, of Midland, Texas. Maternal grandparents are Archie and Ruthie Blackwell, and Bernice Roberts and the late Leroy Roberts, all of Weatherford. Paternal grandparents are Mike and Carolyn Kirkes of Houston, Texas, Garland and Judy Barton of Midland, Texas, and Almaz Webb of Loraine, Texas. The bride is a summa cum laude graduate of LeTourneau University.
The groom is the son of Mark and Jan Seaman of Willow Park, Texas. Maternal grandparents are the late Lester and Billie Hollowell of Colbert, OK. Paternal grandparents are Clyde Gene and Bobbie Seaman of Mineral Wells, Texas. The groom is a summa cum laude graduate of LeTourneau University and is employed by the United States Army.
Maid of honor was the bride’s friend, Tyriel McGruder, of San Angelo, Texas. Bridesmaids were the bride’s friends, Audrey Obholz of Longview, Texas; Courtney Epperson of Denton, Texas; Hannah Gambrel of Longview, Texas; Jaclyn Kerby of Longview, Texas; Kelsey Carter of Longview, Texas; Sarah Grosh of Longview, Texas; and Stefany Brown, of Lubbock, Texas. Flower girls were the bride’s cousins, Kennedy Stewart of Palos Verdes, CA, and Shelby and Kayla Kirkes of Houston, Texas.
Best man was the groom’s father, Mark Seaman, of Willow Park, Texas. Groomsmen friends of the groom, Alex Hardinge of Longview, Texas; Ben Schultz of Bridgewater, MA, Caleb Pinter of Olathe, KS; Clark Kendal of Longview, Texas; brother of the groom, David Seaman of Fort Worth, Texas; friends of the groom, Josh DeSteiguer of Fort Worth, Texas, and Josiah Ilgenfritz of Portsmouth, VA. Ushers were the bride’s friend, Logan Keel of Midland, Texas, the groom’s brother, Jonathan Seaman of Willow Park, Texas, and the bride’s brothers, Camron and Chase Barton of Midland, Texas. Ringbearer was the bride’s cousin, Ayden Stewart, of Palos Verdes, CA.
A reception followed the wedding at the YWCA in Fort Worth, Texas. A honeymoon is planned for a later date.
The couple will reside in San Antonio, Texas.
