Seigler's 50th anniversary

Mineral Wells Index

James and Donna Seigler celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary hosted by their children and grandchildren with a renewal of their vows, officiated by Rev. Pam Holt at First Christian Church in Mineral Wells.

Reception followed in the Covenant room at the church. The couple were married July 28, 1962, in Crosbyton, TX, and lived there until moving to Mineral Wells in 1968.

 James is retired and past owner of S&S Automotive.  Donna is currently employed by Palo Pinto General Hospital as Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable.

 The couple have two sons, Tim, and wife Barbee, and Tony, and wife Theresa, and six grandchildren: Sydnee, Jenny,Trevor,Lacy, Ashlee and Mandee.

  • Reflections on Neighborhood Watch and Solicitations

    A couple of things happened that encouraged me to write this particular column. First of all, our neighborhood formed a Neighborhood Watch group. This is being encouraged by Chief of Police Dean Sullivan and supported by the Mineral Wells Police Department. As we have had one home invasion in our neighborhood (burglars broke in while the neighbors were asleep in bed), we really want to watch out for each other!
