Tina and Dewayne Rogers, of Graham, announce engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Tracey Smith, to Kevin Kincaid, son of Shirley and Cale Kincaid, of Graford.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Graham High School. She is employed by Horizon Bay as an activity director.
The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Graford High School. He graduated with an associate’s degree in computers from Weatherford College in 2003. He is employed at Graford Service Center as a mechanic.
The couple plan to wed at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Possum Kingdom Chamber of Commerce.

Reflections on Neighborhood Watch and Solicitations
A couple of things happened that encouraged me to write this particular column. First of all, our neighborhood formed a Neighborhood Watch group. This is being encouraged by Chief of Police Dean Sullivan and supported by the Mineral Wells Police Department. As we have had one home invasion in our neighborhood (burglars broke in while the neighbors were asleep in bed), we really want to watch out for each other!
