Several CDE teams from the Mineral Wells FFA competed May 4-5 in state competition. The teams were:
• Floriculture-competed at Sam Houston State University and placed 29th.
• Nursery/Landscape-competed at Sam Houston State University and placed 26th.
• Poultry-competed at Texas A&M and placed 31st.
These contests conclude the CDE events for Mineral Wells with a total of five state competing teams out of seven that were trained.
