By LIBBY CLUETT | lcluett@mineralwellsindex.com

SANTO – The Santo band recently marched on Glen Rose for the Region 7, Class 1A marching contest and brought home a Division 1 rating – the highest score in University Interscholastic League band competition.

For the University Interscholastic League contest, Band Director Tim Riley selected the music and wrote the show, VanRemmen said, which included the tunes “Barbara Ann,” “Margaritaville” and “The Party Rock Anthem.”
